(1) Quenching and tempering treatment can greatly improve the comprehensive mechanical properties of ABS EH36 grade marine steel, and play an important role in optimizing grain morphology.
(2) When the quenching temperature of ABS EH36 grade marine steel is 910-950C, the performance is improved best, and the best tempering temperature is 550C.
(3) After tempering at 500-550 C, the impact properties of ABS EH36 grade marine steel increase with tempering temperature.
