In recent years, with the rapid development of shipbuilding industry, there is a strong demand for shipbuilding bulb flat steel.

Shipbuilding bulb flat steel grades:
The steel grade of shipbuilding bulb flat steel corresponds to the ship plate, which can be divided into general strength (grade A, B, D and E) and high strength (AH32, AH36, DH32 and DH36 etc.). The shipbuilding steel plate certificated by different classification societies needs to be matched with bulb flat steel certificated by different classification societies.

In the design of large ships and regular ships, the main hull mostly uses the shipbuilding bulb flat steel, with the same thickness and steel grade to the connected shipbuilding steel plate, as the bone (also known as rib or keel).
