1. 10CrMoAl steel plate is often used in marine equipment manufacturing, because 10CrMoAl alloy steel plate has good seawater corrosion resistance. In the production of 10CrMoAl, the Al (aluminum) in the 10CrMoAl material can chemically react with O (oxygen) in the air to form Al2O3 (aluminum trioxide), thereby forming a protective film, which is corrosion-resistant. The Cr (chromium) and Mo (molybdenum) ions in 10CrMoAl can automatically supplement the gaps formed by the pitting corrosion of Cl (chlorine) ions on the steel in the seawater, forming a dense protective layer to prevent the pitting corrosion from developing in depth. In turn, it is resistant to corrosion and prolongs the service life of the 10CrMoAl steel plate.

4. Production technical conditions of 10CrMoAl alloy steel plate:
Scope of application: This technical condition is applicable to 10CrMoA1 steel plate for seawater corrosion resistance with a thickness of 8mm-10mm.
10CrMoAl alloy steel plate size, shape, weight and allowable deviation should meet the requirements of GB/T709.
