LR Grade A is the Hull structural steel. LR Grade A own a good toughness property, higher strength, strong corrosion-resistance, good processing property and welding property. In the steel standard ASTM A131/A131M,offshore steel grade ASTM A131 Grade A is the best equivalent steel grade with LR Grade A. LR Grade A steel plate is common strength shipbuilding plate which is mainly used for building hull of vessels, ship body construction, ship plate.
